SPECIAL EVENT: Create your own room spray and yoga

Join Lumos Yoga & Barre's Josie Rosa at Lumos Green Street on June 23rd, from 6-8 PM for an affirmation room spray workshop followed by an extended Restorative Yoga class. Attendees will choose scents, and mix their own custom affirmation room spray. Each attendee will be gifted a silk B Halfmoon eye pillow, which they can spritz their custom spray onto as they head into a 75 minute Restorative Yoga session led by Josie.
